  • Yes, our clinical team is available to provide training for transitioning treatments from infusion to subcutaneous injections for at-home administration.

  • Upon receiving a referral from your physician, we promptly contact you to schedule an appointment and initiate the authorization process. We start by submitting the necessary paperwork to your health insurance provider. If there are any follow-up questions or additional information is needed, we coordinate directly with your doctor’s office to ensure timely processing. Typically, patients can expect their first infusion within approximately a week of referral receipt; however, this timeline may vary depending on insurance approval procedures.

  • Most therapies we administer do not require fasting; however, individual treatments may require specific preparations, such as on-site lab draws.

  • Our team collaborates closely with your physician to explore alternative treatment options and discuss financial considerations.

  • The operating hours of our South Miami office are 8:30am-5pm (Monday-Thursday) and 8:30am-4:30pm (Friday). Our Pemproke Pines office is open by appointment only.

    Special scheduling needs can be discussed with our care coordinator team for accommodation.

  • Contact our center to verify insurance network coverage and treatment availability. Upon confirmation, inform your doctor to request a transfer of care to our facility.
