With their extensive experience in dealing with insurance companies and prior authorization processes, most approvals are secured within a week, requiring minimal effort from the referring provider or patient.

What Is the Process for Referring a Patient?

Step 1: Initiate The Process

To expedite benefit investigation and authorization, please fax or email our required form and supporting documentation. We will promptly process your request.

Step 2: Pre-Authorization

Our dedicated team will research and secure all eligible financial assistance programs to minimize out-of-pocket expenses for patients, ensuring the most cost-effective infusion therapy options.

Step 3: Appointment Scheduling

Upon receiving pre-authorization approval, the Patient Access Coordinators arrange an appointment with the patient and provide education on preparation for infusions.

Step 4: Infusion Day

Our commitment to being 'patient-care advocates' defines every aspect of the infusion experience. We offer snacks and beverages, along with private rooms equipped with television streaming services such as Hulu and Netflix. We also provide complimentary Wi-Fi and plush blankets and pillows for ultimate comfort.

Step 5: Timely Follow-Up

Patients will receive timely and comprehensive updates on their infusion therapy outcomes, with notifications in the event of any concerns or adverse events arising during the treatment course, ensuring seamless communication and prompt resolution.
