GAMUNEX-C (immune globulin injection (human) 10%) is an immune globulin (IG) made from human blood plasma. Like other IG products, GAMUNEX-C contains antibodies. Specifically, it is an immune globulin (human 10% caprylate/chromatography purified) for the treatment of primary humoral immunodeficiency (PI) in patients 2 years and older, idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP), and chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP).
